We want you to love your fixture — but we understand a piece might not always be the perfect fit for your space.

So we've designed a straightforward, transparent cancellation and return process, for complete peace of mind.

Order cancellations

We move fast to get orders processed — but there's a window if you change your mind.

Standard Orders

Cancel for a full refund within 48 hours of placing your order, provided the item has not yet shipped.

Final

Customized Orders

Because these pieces are tailored to your unique requests, custom orders are strictly final and cannot be canceled once production has begun.

60-day standard returns

Received a standard item and it isn't quite right? You have a generous window to send it back.

From the date of delivery

You have 60 days from delivery to initiate a return on any standard item.

Condition: to be eligible for a refund, the item must be completely unused and returned in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase: a receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any return.

The refund process

Inspection

Once your returned item reaches our facility, our team inspects it to confirm it meets our return conditions.

Processing

Upon approval, your refund is processed immediately and credited automatically to your original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds

Bank processing times vary. Check your account, then your card company or bank. If funds still haven't posted, contact us and we'll help.

Exceptions & non-returnable items

To protect the quality and integrity of our inventory, the following are not eligible for a standard return or refund.

Customized & Made-to-Order

Due to their personalized nature, all customized fixtures are final sale.

Final sale

Improper care & modification

Items modified or altered without explicit authorization from Athile, or damaged through misuse, negligence, or improper maintenance.

Not eligible

Defective items

A manufacturing defect or quality discrepancy is covered under our Warranty Policy, not standard returns — contact us and we'll repair or replace it.
