Your warranty coverage
When you invest in an Athile piece, you invest in lasting quality. Coverage applies to the original purchaser.
Mechanical Warranty
We guarantee the mechanical integrity of our fixtures for as long as the original purchaser owns the home where the product was first installed.
Finish Warranty
All Athile faucets and sinks carry a 5-year finish warranty, keeping their aesthetic appeal intact and resisting tarnish over time.
Wearable Parts
Everyday components — hoses, washers, and seals — are fully covered for one year from the date of purchase.
Repair & replacement
Find a manufacturing defect within the warranty period and we'll repair or replace it to make things right.
To process a claim we require proof of purchase. Coverage is limited to the product itself and does not extend to secondary expenses such as installation costs, labor charges, or other consequential damages.
What isn't covered
To keep our warranty fair and transparent: it is non-transferable (valid for the original homeowner only) and does not cover standard wear and tear. Coverage is also void in these cases.
Unauthorized alterations
Products repaired, modified, or altered by the purchaser without prior written authorization from Athile.
Improper care
Damage from misuse, negligence, harsh chemical cleaning, or faulty installation and maintenance.
Incorrect application
Products used in a manner contrary to their intended normal household use.
